FORTIFY Wine & Spirits Co is an independent central London beverage school that offers bespoke, informative and fun wine, spirits, beer and cocktail courses. We also deliver formal Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Global qualifications to both individuals and groups.
Based in the iconic arches of The Winemakers Club in Farringdon, FORTIFY's training is about more than just supplying information - it's about truly engaging people in the subject matter by bringing the stories behind the wines to life.
Drawing on over a decade of experience in UK hospitality, and access to some of the best speciality importers, FORTIFY delivers information-rich experiences in small groups to maximise knowledge retention and interactivity.

WSET LEVEL 2 AWARD IN WINES

A course outlining what influences the style, quality and price of wines.

No pre-existing qualifications are required

The course duration includes the final exam: 50 multiple choice questions to be answered in 1 hour.

An in-depth course that covers the main wine regions & styles of the world with over 80 wines tasted

WSET Level 2 qualification or equivalent is required

The course duration includes the final exam composed of a 2-part theory paper and a blind tasting of 2 wines.
